Any readers still interested in the "brother dilemma" here is the update:
His sentencing will be on, of all days, my b-day (2/20). I have learned, due to the severity of the crime and the degree of the felony, there is no chance of probation. It appears he will be served anywhere from 1 to 5 and a possible $10,000 fine.
It has been discovered that he also took this little girl across the state line and had sex with her there as well. He will be prosecuted by the neighboring state. Looks like he's gone for a long time.
