I spent a wonderful weekend with (name) at his townhome in Henderson. He picked me up at the airport where he greeted me with lovely flowers and then proceeded to his great place behind the gates in the new community surrounding Lake Las Vegas. It was a charming plase nestled at the base of the mountains, designed to emulate the feel of a Mediterranean Italian Village. What a great concept! (name) escorted me to my room where he had a present waiting for me. What a charming gesture and warm welcome! I also bought him a little gift, Fung Shui candles to help bring the balance and harmony to his place.

(name) had the entire weekend carefully orchestrated and did a great job! Friday night we went to the “Commander's Palace” for a fine dinner followed by a fun “Variety Show” at the Aladdin. The magician even managed to swipe (name's) watch from his wrist without him even noticing. We had a a lot of fun and finished off the evening by stopping by the new “Wynn” hotel. I'd say it was a pretty perfect evening!

Saturday morning we woke up and worked out at his gym. After our showers, (name) took me to lunch and walked around the shops at the little village that surrounds the lake with a final stop at the Ritz Carlton. That evening we dined at Joe's located at Cesar's Palace where (name) introduced me to Crab Claws. Dinner again was great and the show that followed fabulous. (Name) got great seats for us to see the “Celine” show and I really, really enjoyed it!

Sunday morning again we started our day with a workout. Following our workout, (name) took me to a lovely brunch on the lake where there was a great view and great music. (Name) had asked me to help him find some pedestals he needed for two of his sculptures, so we did a little shopping after our brunch. He thought he'd take advantage of my interior designs skills and I was more than happy to advise him. It was then time to head back to (Name's) place so we could gather my things and prepare to go to the airport.

(Name) dropped me off at the airportand we both agreed we had a great time. (Name) was a fabulous host and treated me very nicely. We got along great despite the fact we were raised culturally very differently. I do like him! Upon returning home, I called (Name) to thank him and tell him I arrived safely as he asked me to do. I think I'd prefer that (Name) come to visit me here next time to become more acquainted with Southern California.
