I mean, if it was given to you on trust just to make a single purchase? Kim Kardashian - one of the young and upcoming stars to watch out for - did just that by passing on Brandy's credit card to her sisters and brother to rack up a debt of over $120,000.
Brandy's mother is the one suing them on behalf of her reluctant daughter. What would you have done if you were in Brandy's shoes?
Unfortunately, since the card was given out voluntarily, the case of credit card fraud may not stick, even though the Kardashians may have agreed to repay the money in writing.
such cases could just drag on and on. It would be interesting to see how it ends up.

I think what Ms. Kardashian did was shameful. If she was entrusted with the info for exactly one purchase and she abused that I hope the courts will hold her and her family responsible for their awful behavior.Brandy should have jumped on the issue as soon as she figured it out and filed the case herself. Perhaps she is embarrassed about being so naive as to trust someone with her credit card. Despite that she should pursue the charges. -

Its a breach of trust, however the legal fraternity will find it hard to prove that by handing over the card she did not intend to allow it to be used, you do not hand a card over unless its going to be used...

Brandy probably didn't need the negative publicity from a 'friendship' gone sour.
