I've just got back from taking my two young kitties to the vets, they're getting neutered today. I always feel a bit anxious about it, there's always risks with anaesthetics.

My older girl chewed through her ET tube when she was on the table, it was disappearing down her windpipe when they realised! Anyway she survived :-)

They aren't the same age, but close, I decided to get them done together as they play fight so much, hopefully they'll behave themselves, although I have a feeing Molly will put up quite a fight.

Oh well, I'll have to distract myself today. Bye for now.

Those are some cute cats! That little black and white one is adorable :-) I'm sure they'll be okay. All of our cats had the same procedure done at some point, and they were all fine. I'm sure they're in good hands!

They're home, but not impressed. They've got those buster collars on to stop them getting at their stitches. Surprisingly Molly is quite laid back about it all, Millie has planted herself in front of the cat flap and won't budge, she'll be there a long time  :-)

Hmm, they never put those dumb "lamshade" looking collars on my kittens...and they were just fine.  By the end of 2 weeks, one had taken her stich out the other still had hers.  The pic is so cute...they are cute and so loveable looking.  :)  They will be more like themselves tomorrow.

Your cats are absolutely precious! I am such an animal lover. My husband has never had cats before, and thought he hated them. I rescued a 6 week old kitten out of a tree last summer, and we brought her home. We named her, quite appropriately, Willow. He fell in love with her. It's his baby. Then in November of last year, we bought a solid black cat named Shadow. He's a Hell raiser, but they both are so worth it! My husband loves them both as well. They are our children... I love animals!!
