Usually when I meditate, I see a blue swallowtail (butterfly) against a white background. The butterfly faces away from me, and I watch the wings open and close.
Last time I tried it, the butterfly was closer to me than it usually is, and it was facing me. Very disconcerting - and I have no idea why or how that happened. That's the first time in years it's been any different at all.
Anyone have any experience with this?
