Yesterday I posted a viral video that presents a pro-Obama case. As I thought back over the viral camptaign videos that I've seen this year, I couldn't recall a single one generated by the Republican base. Surely there have been some but maybe I just haven't seen them.

I'm fascinated by this phenomenon of individuals creating campaign commercials for their favorite candidates and I'd thoroughly enjoy seeing more of them. Therefore...I'm creating this post as a place where we can all post and enjoy viral campaign videos.

I'll start with one that I saw for the first time this morning.

I think this Obama video is a fascinating one because of the way it's put together. I'm not sure how "viral" it would be considered though.

Z, in my take this is indeed a viral video. It was produced by an individual (or at least a concern) unaffiliated with either campaign.

I'm glad you linked to the original at DipDive because I've seen that that version has the two audio tracks in better synch than the version that comes to us via YouTube.

Yeah, the one on DipDive is better.

Some are claiming that this particular ad is a viral video, but I don't see how it could be with Mike Huckabee in the ad and approving it.

    Nonetheless, it's kind of funny.

There was a discussion of it being the first viral video produced here in this blog.

I don't really know any, since usually the first hint I get of a viral video is from seeing something about it on the TV news or in the newspaper.

Which I saw something about the "Yes I Can" video on the TV news this morning or yesterday morning. Thanks for linking it, Zayda. That was very cool. I guess I should go to the DipDive site and see the original.

The Chuck Norris one was okay, I got a chuckle or two (no pun intended) but Huck's last "fact" about Chuck was a bit heavy handed and caused the entire thing to fall flat, IMO.
