I can only stop in for a minute, mom is doing well, she looks good. all her vitals are normal. Her blood pressure is normal, and I guess it was by the time she was taken up to her room. I was wrong about the oxygen levels. Papa Jack doesn't hear well, it wasn't 66, it was 76, and now it is reading into the 80's, her color is good everything seems good and she is in good spirits, and laughing and chatting away with me like always.
She appreciated all your well wishes and kind thoughts and prayers, and she wants me to assure you, that this had nothing to do with anything here at SoulCast. ( I shared with her some of the concerns I was reading on your posts today after she said to me, "They aren't worrying about me, are they?" You told them I was fine, didn't you?" ) You know mom, "the mother hen'.
She wanted me to remind all of you, that she does have the blockage problem in her 3 arteries, and she was experiencing shortness of breath for some time, and even wondered if she might be a little dehydrated because her mouth kept feeling dry. etc. So, it came as no surprise to her because of the lack of oxygen problem. She is on IMDUR, (continuous flow of nitro capsul), and it helps somewhat with the angina. We know that one of these days, that is going to be it....but it doesn't look like that is now. Her vitals are good. The oxygen levels are improving. They really expect to release her on Monday morning.
Mom is a passionate person, for lack of a better word. If you talked face to face with her you would hear the passion as she speaks. When she writes, as you probably have noticed, sometimes there is passion in her words, but she really doesn't sit around worrying about everyone here. It is a happy experience for her, not a sad or emotionally draining experience. She enjoys all the interaction she has here, and says it is like an energy to her.
She says that she enjoys reading different perspectives on things and see different personalities revealed, that is what makes blogging here interesting to her. I know I am not stating it here quite like she told me, but I hope I am doing okay with explaining it to you.
If I keep talking here, I 'm going to start repeating myself, and I think I given a clear enough expanation. Thank you all, and don't worry. Mom is fine.
