i was in Phoenix this past weekend and it absolutely poured! not what i expected from the valley of the sun, but i also got an offer i wasn't expecting while i was there. a guy i met offered to sell me a ticket to the superbowl next weekend. the ticket includes a suite pass with all the gourmet food and drinks i could want.
catch? two hang-ups really. first, it's very expensive. i could swing it, but it would mean giving up something else, or a couple of something else's later.
second, it's just one ticket. which means going solo and not knowing anyone there. i mean, i'm a social butterfly and all, but it might be weird. maybe not, everyone will be drunk and having fun, so... i just don't know.
ok, 3 hang-ups - i don't know if i can still even find a hotel room this late. i mean i don't want to have to rent a room in flag. i could get a room in tempe probably, but that's a long way after free booze. would have to get a cab to tempe? that's a long way man.
sounds like a lot of trouble now that i write it all out. BUT it's the SUPERBOWL, ya know? i almost have to do it.

There are an extra 150,000 people here in Phoenix! It's unbelievable! The parties are amazing! I'm going to the teen one tonight (I read about it here on SC) at castles and coasters called fashion bash. It totally not right that i can not get into the rest of the parties! I wonder if i can get into the viewing party? it's a Restaurant! ! right?
