Must be nice to have the cash to just move because the neighbor has  recurring  problems.
George Clooney says that he can no longer live in his spacious adobe because of all the distractions going on at his neighbors ( Britney Spears) house.  Whatever happened to neighbor helping neighbor.   Be a friend to a person who really needs a calming influence. Don't run from it dude.   What do yall think. Stay and try to help or run for the hills.
