I wrote in the Lolas profile a professional dance, a wife and a lover.
She got married more than one time and she either left them or they her. She did not have much luck in love. Maybe because she let her heart control her. She was sincere and she was
impulsive. She did things at once. She did not wait.
impulsive. She did things at once. She did not wait.
She wanted to be a wife after all and she said once that she wore blue socks. That meant that she was a wife. Red socks were for the unmarried.
She was loved and she was hated. She had a certain court of young students when she lived in Bavaria. She had to flee from Bavaria in 1848 when Europe was on fire with revolutions. Not on fire literally.
She was also driven out of Berlin some time before that. Yes she really did stir things up where she was.
She was loved in the USA there people did really appreciate her. She proved to be a kind loving person who cared for others.
she went all over giving lectures and she earned money. She had to take care of her self. She was a lone standing woman and was ahead of her time. She became pious at the end of her life and wanted to mend her ways. I will continue her story soon How she became Lola Montez and why.
