Have you ever held back and NOT told the complete truth about
an issue or concern when talking to someone?

Have you ever wanted to say something to someone and sort of "bit
your tongue" and not said was you truly wanted to say?

Have you ever done something that you really didn't want to do
because you didn't want to hurt someone else's feelings or
create a problem between the two of you?

Have you ever "kept silent" when you had a different opinion
about something that was going on at work?

Have you ever said something and it just came out wrong?

Have you ever said something to someone and you didn't
feel like they got what you were saying?

Or

Have you ever said (or not said) something to someone
else just to "keep the peace" a or not upset that other person?
