    I just read UNDER THE BANNER OF HEAVEN. It is a history of the LDS church,it's history, practices and dogma. Anyone in their right mind could never belong to such a religion. As I was reading the book, it crossed my several times that many Mormans probably don't even know the real history of the cult. The original edicts are like something out of a bad novel. We think Islam is a radical extremist religion, well honey they have nothing on the Mormons! Read the book. Do some research. Discover what they do not want us to know. Even tho many of the "old" traditons are no longer openly practiced, their spirit remains a very real part of the standard. We have a candidate for president who belongs to this rather secret society & it is frightening. Not very PC to talk about but it is a subject that we need to be informed about. READ THE BOOK people!
