Was wondering why there wasn't School today...Forgot about the San Antonio Stock and Rodeo Show! It is a big thing here!!January 25, 2008 from 5-9am in the Bass Pro Shop parking lot at The Rim shopping center. The Rim is located at 17907 West I-H 10 at the intersection of IH-10 and Loop 1604.

After being located at Crossroads Mall for the last few years, the free community breakfast has moved north a bit. The 30th Annual Cowboy Breakfast sponsored by Toyota will be serving up free breakfast tacos, biscuits and gravy and much more. Last year, about 30,000 people turned out for Cowboy Breakfast.

Hundreds of volunteers take part in the annual event, which traditionally takes place before the San Antonio Rodeo begins.

The after-party is located at Leon Springs Dance Hall and runs all day until midnight.

    Waking.....LOL....I know we re a smallish city and Canada is just that lump up there above Montana BUT.....ya gotta find us. Google 'Calgary Stampede'. You ll get a chuckwagon full of info.
