My favorite is a well made Chilton with extra salt on the rim and an extra squeeze of lemon. But I am also partial to a Bloody Mary if the mixer is made from fresh from scratch; none of those pre-bottled mixers. And, I like Long Beach Teas, which has the same combination of liquors as Long Island Iced teas but has Cranberry juice instead of the Tea/Coke/Pepsi as the mixer. (Actually you can make about 5 - 6 different drinks with the same combo of liquors as a L.I.T. simply by changing the mixer.) -

A very popular drink in Montreal (among ladies mostly, men drink beer) is Sangria. Three parts red wine, one part 7 up , one part ameretto and decorated with fruits (orange, apple, cherry, etc...) It's very good and easy to drink on a hot day! -
