So, I haven't gotten very far with this list.  In fact, I haven't gotten much past #1 on my list, but I thought I would start a post with the list in it as a way to motivate me to finish the list.

Health and Fitness Goals
  1. Lose 65 pounds.
  2. Establish and keep a cardio routine and a strength-training routine.
  3. When I get bored with certain types of exercise, find new ways to incorporate exercise to keep me motivated.
  4. Keep a fitness journal to help me be accountable for sticking to an exercise programme.
  5. Keep a food diary to help me understand my eating habits.
  6. Drink more water (2-3 quarts a day)
  7. Cut down substantially on my carbonated beverage consumption, specifically soft drinks
  8. Increase my fiber intake.
  9. Take my supplements and vitamins daily.

Personal Goals

  1. Blog more frequently--at least three times a week.
  2. Keep a journal about meeting my 101 in 1001 goals (perhaps here on SC.)
  3. Finish this list.
  4. Stop ripping my nails, let them grow, and keep them manicured.

Learning/Educational Goals
  1. Brush up on my Portuguese.
  2. Read Shakespeare's Complete Works
  3. Read all of James Patterson's Alex Cross Mysteries in chronological order.
  4. Read Stephen King's Works

I'll keep adding to the list. This isn't a bad start...I suppose.

I am turning 24 in 10 days. I know this isn't exactly old, or anything, but I am feeling like I have gotten this far in my life and have not reached hardly ANY of the goals or places I would have liked to reach by now. So, I am creating a bibucket list....
A major ingredient of success is worthy goals and ideals. Perhaps your deepest subconscious drive, according to Dr. Viktor E. Frankl, author of Man’s Search for Meaning, is the need for meaning and purpose in life....
