American Mother Launches Web site to Fight British Government for return of her child.
The UK government is after her as she threatens to expose the suffocating secrecy
behind the Family Courts in the UK.
But CC.S says she won’t leave without her daughter and plans to go on a hunger strike.
London, England / Date – When CC.S and her daughter moved to London from Florida to escape from her abusive husband, she never expected to land in a British court fighting the government under “secrecy clauses” to win back custody of her daughter.
After receiving numerous threats to her life she decided to flee the UK to protect her and her beloved daughter.
She was stopped at the border and her daughter taken away. Since then she has not even entitled any contact in any form, not even for Xmas, or Birthdays.
When this battle ends, she’ll both be smiling and on a plane heading back to the U.S. with her daughter, Or she’ll be starving to death, beginning a hunger strike and end up in jail. She is prepared to die for her daughter and for Justice!
The mess started three years ago when she left her alcoholic, abusive husband. Despite several reports from US courts and Germany describing her estranged husband as “dangerous and psychotic” British courts have ruled in his favour. CC.S Latin roots and Mother Tongue (Spanish) have been described as “inappropriate” by middle class judge H. who has deprived her from her parental rights despite no evidence shown as to any danger.
“UK Social services abuse the power they get to break up families” she said. The whole Family Legal System operates as “A Cartel “: Clandestinely and no records kept.
“if this was happening in another country, the UK would be up in arms but as this is happening in the UK cases like mine are swept under the carpet”.
And she’s been fighting this battle ever since. She says her daughter is living in misery, nearly drowned in the government’s care because of negligence and the burocratic and cynical system failed to intervene. She says her daughter is so depressed about being away from her mother; she’s tried committing suicide by throwing herself out the window. She will try again has been reported!
Though CC.S speaks English, she is Latin American and speaks with an accent. She believes the fact she is “different” has only exacerbated a bad situation.
Although she hasn’t had any contact with her daughter for almost a year and she doesn’t even know where she lives her passport is still held by British courts and she is forbidden from leaving the UK unless escorted to the border and with no return.

She’s launched a Web site www.exiledmothers.co.uk to let the world know the battle she’s waging. She’s also hoping the Web site gets the attention of U.S. reporters to apply pressure on the UK government to return her daughter to her.
She’s planning to begin a hunger strike on Jan. 17, the same date she gave birth to her premature daughter in Boca Raton Florida 12 years ago.
“All I want is my daughter,” says CC. S. “I want to go back to the US where Democracy is respected and Courts are open to Public Scrutiny, but I will not leave without my daughter” nor Will I become an exiled mothers as many in the UK.
