  SkinnyW, that's great news, doll!  I have had this total change of attitude re food and the things that previously had me gripped, I cant believe how all of a sudden I'm just saying "No thank you". . .I feel great.  Mr Polar and I even did some exercises in the lounge last night, nothing strenuous, but it was good and it made me feel happy.  I think I may in due course also post an "I am ordering this dress" kinda post of my own :-)  You've been and inspiration to me ((((hugs))))
