Jucing in 2008
Raw juices contain certain natural medicines, vegetal hormones and antibiotics. For instance, string beans are said to
contain insulin-like substance. Certain hormones needed by the pancreas to produce insulin are present in cucumber and
onion juices. Fresh juices of tomatoes, garlic, onions, and radish contain antibiotic properties.
There are many fruits and vegetables to choose from, for example:
Juices from acid fruits like orange, lemon, grapefruit, strawberry and pineapple.
Juices from vegetable fruits, namely, tomato and cucumber.
Juices from green leafy vegetables like cabbage, celery, lettuce, spinach, parsley and watercress.
Juices from root vegetables like beetroot, carrot, onion, potato and radish. Generally speaking, fruit juices stir up toxins
and acids in the body, thereby stimulating the eliminative processes.
Juices from sweet fruits such as prunes and grapes.
Juices from sub-acid fruits like apple, plum, pear, peach, apricot and cherry.
Juicing is great rejuvinator for your body and mind and is a great treatment for diseases due to the following facts:
The juices extracted from raw fruits & vegetables require no digestion & almost all their vital nutrients are assimilated
directly in the bloodstream.

Raw juices are extremely rich in alkaline elements.  This is highly beneficial in normalizing acid alkaline balance in the
blood & tissues as their is over acidity in most conditions of ill health.

Raw juices of fruits & vegetables are extremely rich in vitamins & minerals, trace elements, enzymes & natural sugars.
They exercise beneficial effect in normalizing all the body functions.  They supply needed elements for the body's own
healing activity & cell regeneration thereby speeding the recovery.
Raw juices contain certain natural medicines, vegetal hormones & antibiotics.  For instance, string beans are said to
contain insulin like substance.  Certain hormones needed by the pancreas to produce insulin are present in cucumber & onion juices.
Fresh juices of garlic, onions, radish & tomatoes contain antibiotic substances.

Generous amounts of easily assimilable organic minerals in raw juices especially calcium, potassium & silicon help in
restoring biochemical & mineral balance in the tissues & cells, thereby preventing premature aging of cells & disease.
Vegetable juices, on the other hand, soothe the jaded nerves and work in a much milder manner. They carry away toxic
matter in a gentle way.
Owing to their differing actions fruit and vegetable juices should not be used at the same time or mixed together.
It is desirable to use juices individually. In any case when juice fasting not more than three juices should be used in
any one mixture. For more information on juice fasting visit www.tbfinc.com/juice_fasting.
So start juicing today! Grab a bag of carrots, a juicer, soymilk ( almond milk or rice milk) some vanilla extract (no sugar)
And start 2008 on the right foot. You never know how much youlike it till you try it!

Relationships

Coming From male and Female principles grounded in Maat

Topic: Trust.
Here we are back on the same ole topic....TRUST!! The marriage builder or breaker, The friend destoyer or strengthener
The Big Cahoona, The "little talk on a Saturday night" The glue that holds a hearts together as one or the lubricant that makes
the most compatible in personality slip away through the cracks.
Trust is a big issue in relationships then why isn't it taught in schools, in our tabernacles, our churches our homes. I mean we are
all civilized people who desrires to one day have a family, right? And a Family only comes when a man and a woman come together
and decide based on likes, wants and needs to build and raise a family together. But no woman needs or wants a man who is not trust
worthy and respectful of her and I would guess that no man wants that either... so what do you do.
We can't turn back the hands of time and go back to school and some how change the curriculum to have a family orient education
system as apposed to the manufacturer type education system that pours out student willing and able to boost the ecconomy at the
expense of their self esteem and consciousness. So we must become the teachers for our homes and communities
But for the majority of us, relationships trust is something that must be worked on and cherrished. To bond, to trust completely
and become one. And the aim in Maat is to become one with God, One with self. And once that oneness with self is felt with self
it's comes natural, especially to your mate.
VIRTUES OF MAÁT
MAÁT: The symbolic representation of Maát as a human figure with outreached hands and wings, is the Netcher of the weighing of
the soul in ancient Kemet. The heart of the deceased was believed to be the seat of the soul and it was weighed on the scale of
the Netcher Maát, against a feather, which represented the principles of truth and righteousness (the seven cardinal virtues).
This symbolic weighing of the heart against the feather of truth (Maát) was performed to established the righteousness of the
deceased. The scale of Maát was balanced after the recitation of the "42" Declarations of Innocence or Admonitions of Maát. pg. 91,
 NVCTC.
The Neophyte or students ultimate aim in Kemet was for a person to become "One with God" or to "become like God."
The path to the development of godlike qualities was through the development of virtue, but virtue could only be achieved through
special study and effort. According to George G. M. James in his timeless work Stolen Legacy writes: The following of the 10
virtues were sought by the Neophyte in ancient Kemet. In the final analysis, the ancient Kemites sought Maát or to be more
correct they sought to become one with Maát, the cosmic order.
(1). Control of thoughts
(2). Control of actions
(3). Devotion of purpose
(4). Have faith in the ability of [your] [teacher] to teach [you] the truth.
(5). Have faith in [yourself] to assimilate the truth
(6). Have faith in [themselves] to wield the truth
(7). Be free from resentment under the experience of persecution.
(8). Be free from resentment under the experience of wrong.
(9). Cultivate the ability to distinguish between right and wrong and
(10). Cultivate the ability to distinguish between the real and the unreal

Mi sey Tun Off da T.V.!

7 ways to unplug
In the US, 99.5 percent of all homes have television sets, and 95 percent of the population watches television every day.
The average home has a TV set going more than 8 hours per day, even if no one is watching. The average adult viewer watches
TV more than four hours a day. The average child aged 8 to 13 watches about four hours per day. At age two to four,
they watch almost three hours.
In the US, television is the main thing people do. It's replaced community life, family life, culture. It has replaced
the environment. In fact, it has become the environment that people interact with every day.

This situation is really weird. It's almost sci-fi in its feeling and in its possibility for autocratic control-the few
speaking to the many. If you were an anthropologist from the Andromeda Galaxy sent to study Earth people and you hovered
over the US, chances are you'd report back something like this: "They're sitting night after night in dark rooms.
They're staring at a light. Their eyes are not moving. They're not thinking. Their brains are in a passive/receptive state;
we've measured them as 'alpha' waves (which, by the way, heavy viewers get into), and nonstop imagery is pouring into their
brains-images coming from someplace they're not, thousands of miles away. These images are being sent by a very small
number of people, and the images are of toothpaste and cars and guns and people running around in bathing suits.
The whole thing looks like some kind of weird experiment in mind control." And that is exactly what it is.
So instead of sitting around wishing to enjoy life like the "real World"ers or have great friendships like Girlfriends get
up and change your life. Change you perspective, Change your vision of entertainment. I have watched t.v. all my life being an
80's baby, and now that I have children who have access to 24/7 cartoons and shows I just want to tell them to tun offf da T.V.
As a mother I can admit to putting my children infront of the t.v. while I bathe, sleep or have any activity that does not include
children being present. After
