My impressions of the new offensive south of the capital of Iraq.

First impression that I get is that we have pushed the terrorist out of the capital.
Now we are destroying there hideouts. Then I think  that if it were this easy why are we just now doing this several years after we took control.
Did we learn nothing from our ten years in Vietnam?  We lost over 50,000 combatants by asking them to do the impossible.  If you kill a person you create a hatred by this persons realitives, mothers ,fathers, brothers, sisters, and friends. The same thing is happening in Iraq today.  I feel that its like a pyramid scheme ever expanding. Like, we kill ten terrorist today we have increased the hatred of our troops by an (x) factor because who does not despise anyone harming another family member, even if this family member is a terrorist.
I do not know the anwser to the problem in Iraq today but after thinking about  these sweeps  we are doing presently  all I see is more hatred for the USA in the end.

Every week, I delve into our local city entertainment/op-ed/newspaper....
Weak on foreign policy, sold out to the nutty left on domestic policy, now lets fuck with national security and have trials for terrorists in federal courts....
The only human being on the planet that can eject a huge turd, yet somehow dupe the media into thinking it's a golden egg that smells like roses....
He didn't even try to answer it. What would be your answer? Were we right in dropping the bombs on Japan?...
