I knew it would happen one day.

I was hoping to be one of the lucky ones with nary a tale to tell.
Nope.
My back has been sore all day - I think I pulled a muscle or just strained 'em all this morning.
Never you mind what I was doing - because you're right anyway. Yep, I hurt myself doing that. :-D
(It was worth it! :-D)

That is always worth it, with someone you love! I've never actually injured myself, but I've sometimes had sore muscles the next day. It's funny all the muscles you never knew you had, eh? ;)

Yup, this happened to me before! It's definitely an embarrassing way to hurt your back. But at the same time, it's worth it! I've hurt my back by coughing the wrong way, and that was no where near as fun!
