I'm no prude and not above checking out a bit of porn. What annoys me is the really derogatory terms so often used. Why can't guys show some basic respect to women? Why use terms like cum-slut and bitches? They are human beings remember.

Porn sex isn't necessarily realistic, either.  I know--that's blasphemy to some people.

Some women, in the proper scenario/context, don't have a problem with being called sluts or bitches during sex, even though they might not tolerate it otherwise.

    Eilan,

In understand about sex talk between people and that's fine and unrelated I think. It's the terms applied to porn postings of women that I'm sure most of the time the women wouldn't necessarily agree to. I suppose if they're aware their photos are being posted they understand this going to happen, but you see postings of women from previous boyfrends for example and I bet the women weren't given a chance to OK this. I know some would and enjoy it, you just don't know. The feminists would argue that all porn is derogatory anyway of course, but that doesn't account for those who choose to get involved not for money but for the 'buzz' of knowing they're being ogled. The free amatuer site www.youporn.com is a classic case of this. You can tell the women are getting really hot on there in full knowledge it's being viewed around the world.

Because it gets guys off.  That's what sells if you don't like it go buy Vivid porn or some other sleeper porn.

Also Youporn has a good amount of pro-porn on there instead of amateurs.

I don't think it's unrelated, mostly because your initial post was pretty vague.

And not all feminists decry porn.  Just sayin'.

The majority do.  Though to be fair the feminist camp is begining to officially split into two visible groups where for the longest time they'd been a single united front.
