Well there was a time when one could see fingerprint biometric devices being implemented in James bond movies; hopefully high security organizations like pentagon etc might have implemented it as well and even vaio has launched a pc with biometrics security enabled .. and now Japan immigration dept has now have adopted this same technology...hmmmm

So here is the latest updates : From 20th of Nov'07 onwards, all foreign nationals landing in Japan will be required to submit to fingerprinting and having their picture taken.
