I was born in 1989 in Washington state. My birthmom was in college. My sister is adopted too, but we aren't blood related. I found a picture of her birthmom but i can't find anything about my own. I just want to see my smile on someone else's face.

Thanks for dropping in at my very old post. I very much understand the feelings you are having. Have you checked the laws in Washington State regarding adoption? Many places have open records or registries for adoptees and parents who are seeking each other. Have you discussed your desire to see your birth family with your adoptive parents? Its a tough thing to do but if they are open to discussion they may have information to share with you. Good luck. Feel free to ask me anything you d like. -
