Dear Friends,

I hope you are doing .....fine and dandy! **smile**  I have faith you survived the Christmas hustle.  And i wish all of you a very Happy and Healthly New Year!!
..............sigh. a moment of stillness is nice....ain't it?
Any ol way, i haven't had time to even sit and catch-up on my soulcast friends. I don't know if i will have the time to be here before i go on the road. This bothers me, i want you all to know that i WILL miss you soooooo much. You have been part of my life for sometime now. The things that i have learned about folks and myself ...i will carry with me forever! for sure! **smile**
I'm sitting here trying so hard to find the words to express how deeply i feel for you. How you've helped me in so many ways. I can't even begin to name them!
This place became a "kitchen table" for me. You know, where friends just hang-out and shoot the shit with each other over a cup of coffee.
I have opened doors to my soul that i thought i would keep close forever. Peeping around, watching instead of joining in. Thanks to you i have learned that we all have the right to be who we are. It's ok to be different. I have seen into other souls too. What a honor!
Before this turns into a novel....it's that i have so much to say and unlike some of you....it's hard for me to put my feelings into words.
Lordy be.....**smile**
Well, i leave for Florida the 5th. and there is so much to do. I have to get new tires and a tune-up on my truck. Then i need to gather tools and supplies. Pack, heck....got to get some light-wear for Florida out. Won't be needing a wintercoat will i? 
I'm nervous! My blood-pressure is reacting to it too. So is my stomach...all churning and sick.
I got to get my home in order for my husband....i'll lay out everything in plain sight so he can find it...giggling....i'm going to make a chart for him to pay bills and care for the plants and wildlife.**smile** see how i am! weird....i know!
I just want it to be a easy change....no such thing....is there?
Well, i could just sit here and go on and on ...but...thank the Lord i got to go to work in a hour soooo
I wish you all a great new year and i'll try my best to jump in once and awile.....

    blessed be on your new travels, my Friend! I will be here whenever you pop in and I will be here when you get back! Don't forget to enjoy the surrounding areas of all the places where you plan the openings. That will be part of the journey to see new sights and meet new people all over the place.
     
    You take with you a new fortitude and a force for good that will shower you as you go along...make sure you keep your goal in sight so that if you falter, you are reminded of the whys and what fors....
     
    I hate to tell you this: your husband will probably kill your plants! Husbands don't get the whole watering thing....maybe grab some new ones on your final leg of the journey to replace the sad ole ones you will find when you return *smile!!!!!!

    MM&I:  Seems like I'm always the last to know... so you're off to Florida, are you?  Is this a permanent move, or just a holiday?  I believe... if I'm not mistaken... that they have internet in Florida...too (hell, they have it in Morocco, they must have it in Florida)... so a move is no excuse to abandon us!  :)  If you're just going on holiday, then, by all means... stay away from the computer, and fill us in when you get back!  Have a great time!

    I was thinking the same as Kruu - I thought they had internet in Florida.  That means you have to come back sometime.  In the meantime, we will miss you and pine endlessly for you.  Be safe and well!

    well i'll be.....**smile** Thank you everyone! yup...i know they have internet in florida  **smile** but i won't have a computer to visit with you all.  :~(
    i'm hoping to get home at lest once a month BUT some of the jobs last up to 5 or 6 weeks. I quess i can find a library whereever i am and get on one of their computers. soooo, see i can still bug you all every now and then. **smile**
    but when a person has a habit, like i do getting on here almost everyday....a few weeks can feel like a lifetime. I worry over some of you! i realize the load some of you carry. hell, who am i going to sound-off too.....when i feel so alone? i know...KNOW i'll be back now and then but it won't be the same! you all know how things can change in a heartbeat! Even if i do get to spend some time here....i still can't keep up with you all or reply to your comments. it will be like you all talking to a wall.  :~(
    For the next few days i'll be running around getting things together. i keep myself in check and i make sure that i don't let up till everything is completed.
    no waiting till the last minute for me.cause i know that there will always be something i forget.

    *Mamie ~ sigh. i won't forget the whys and what fors.....no matter how rough it may get. you know ....i've been traveling around most of my life. and the places i've been to and the people i have met...they are blessings!!! this door that has opened-up to me is a prayer answered. i will make the best and most of it! i see my new home NOW! i've been waiting for almost 4 yrs....the house burnt down in feb.2004. to reclaim my life! this job will help alot in setting-up a new home. **smile** amazing grace how sweet the sound  that saved a wretch like me.......

    * Kruu ~ lol....smartypants! no i'm not moving or going on a vacation...i'm starting a new job. traveling all over setting-up stores. i wrote about it in my post ....the wheels go round and round. it took me awhile to say yes. alot of things will change for me and my husband. but we need to save a hunk of money to buy us a new place to own.....to grow old at. so, i'm hoping this is the job that will be the thing that makes my dreams come true. **smile** 

    * Quietone ~ i don't even know where to begin .....((((hug)))) you bet your booty if and when i'm around....anywhere around your neck of the woods...i'll be there knocking on your door!!!! and yes things happen for a reason. i'll soon own a laptop and i'll not feel like i'm losing a friend. ;~) 

    * Grace ~ you're cool! **smile** and pretty smart and insightful! a few doors are opened to you too....just walk right on in!!! thanks for the hat....i'll soon have a laptop as i said to quietone. but it maybe a month or so....so sad **frown** but for the next couple of days all i want to do is ....put in my two cents on all of everyone's post....that is why i posted this dear friend one now....i want to read all i can before hitting the road.

    memyself -- i'm so glad for you on your new job. would your store setup operations somehow bring you to asia? lol. nah, i don't think your pickup will make it across the wide pacific, haha.

    get that laptop soon, my friend, so that you could at least write a daily journal even before you get some sort of regular internet connection and keep us updated on your adventures.

    (my own laptop got busted, so i have to cadge my way around to get internet access. i only got lucky that they have good internet access here where i've been staying for the holidays... :-)

    hi! well, i'm almost ready to leave....i leave sunday morning at 5am. i'm sick with nerves and scared like a child but happy to know that ....this job is for the best and will take care of alot of problems. i'm already missing my man and pets and wildlife.*smile* i'm leaving my "safe-zone" and going to run with the big dogs...i'm not sitting on the porch NO more! attitude!!!  yes sir i am! i'm drumming up strength here.shaking like a wet dog right now...but....sigh....
