Quiet.....its really a shame......my friend called me today from Italy....she said she could already see the cars lined up in front of several meeting points....they will start to sing in one hour...
My office had a group of 4 carolers singing for us last Friday....they were dressed as typical Victorian carolers...very pretty.....we had also punch and chocolate cookies......it has been nice.......but not even remotely close to my carolers...lol...

I will try not to drink too much eggnog. Kyle and I used to fight over who got to find the most money that Santa hid in the tree.
It was pretty funny. The poor tree didn't always stand up so well under the war.
We don't usually attack each other anymore though. But if he tosses me over the couch, the pillow fight might just happen naturally.

Dee....i am glad you liked it.....i called my mom earlier and she told me the carolers were already out and some group had already stopped underneath her windows......but she thinks like i do.....she too prefers the old fashioned way.....
I could picture her standing at the window watchings them....alone......maybe remembering like me the old times......when she had all of us with her and my father and my sis were still alive....
I can picture her caressing softly the head of my cat Bruce ....the one i left behind when i moved here....the two of them.....survivors of our already small family shrank so brutally and so soon....
