I'm not much of an animal person....but there is something about this little kitty that makes me love her. Her name is Cricket...and she has never really followed the crowd....she's more content doing her own thing... I love that about her!

I was up late studying for my finals last week when she finally acknowledged our Christmas tree... she seemed to not care anything about.....until she thought I was preoccupied with my books....But, having two little boys, I know most of the action happens when mommy isn't looking....so I pretended to study while I got my cell phone out and got it all ready to take a picture....sure enough....I caught her in the act!!! She almost looks sad after breaking an ornament....doesn't she??

Very cute! One of our cats got tangled up in a gift bag and ended up running through the house with it strapped around her neck. Tissue paper was flying everywhere and the presents fell out. Luckily they were wrapped inside the bag too, so no surprises were given away. But the poor dumb cat had it coming! She won't stay out of the tree. It's like her own personal forest escape :-P

lol!!! soo funny! I'm scared to put the presents under the tree because I know she is going to be right back at it as soon as I go to bed....cats can be worse than children can't they??

It's not Christmas until the cat shits tinsel.

funny! We don't have a cat, but my dog really likes the bows on top of packages so they have to be put on at the last minute! He even seems to know which stocking is his!

LOL Sean.... are you volunteering to check the litter box? :)

mamie: are you taking your dog to have its picture taken with santa? I saw a commercial for a pet store doing that. Does he get little treats in his stocking? :)

No.  Odd thing about tinsel and fake grass.  They don't digest well.  So you're cat will have them. . .hanging out as they run around the house.  It's the kind of thing only a juvenile male could find humorous.  But the sucess of Scary Movie proves that men remain juvenille well until their forties.

No we don't take Sammie out for a pix with santa, but we do get his christmas picture on our camera and print it out for our scrap book....yes we ut treats, bones and toys in his stocking...he seems to remember that and will sit under his stocking and bark...we tell him he has to wait till santa comes and then he growls once and walks away from it, like "fine!". He's a funny one!
