These last few months have been very stressful but I have managed for the most part to keep it together despite the many changes that have been taking place.
But now I somehow have to get us through the Christmas holidays and into the New Year without the changes to our domestic arrangements ruining the holidays for my children. And it's already proving to be difficult.
In previous years we've dressed the Christmas tree together with the children hanging the ornaments, choosing which goes where and understandably my children are pushing for this again. Only DH is a little reluctant to be part of something he feels he can't fully share since he no longer lives here.
The whole situation must be very difficult for him and I do sympathise with his reluctance but I have asked for his indulgence, for the sake of the children. So I have held off decorating the tree today to give him the chance to think it through and decide what he wants to do but tomorrow we will be decorating the tree with or without him.
I hope it is with...
I just want everyone to know that my darling wife and I celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary yesterday, they have been the best year's of my life and I pray that our dear God will bless us with health and age to do another 34. together.... read entire post
