just letting people know what's going on.
i likely won't be on again before the end of it tomorrow.
there are three ways it could go....... i lose, he loses, or the judge takes it into consideration and gets back to us.
if it goes to consideration i'm not very hopeful. i don't know why.....but i'm just not very hopeful.
maybe i'm protecting myself from the extreme pain of losing. i don't know.
but if it goes my way i will come back here and tell everyone how it went.
if it doesn't......i'm escaping to my guys place for at least the night. .......i couldn't bear to be around here if i don't get them back and i need to cry and have someone hold me.
i know i'll be alright eventually.....but it's going to be hard for a long time to come.
if it's taken under consideration....i'll likely be back here to let people know what's happening.
i'm calm, and in control.
there isn't a word strong enough to say how scared i am.
but it isn't showing. it's just a deep down inside feeling, knowing that tomorrow the worst can very easily happen and having to face life beyond tomorrow without hope of any kind.
so that's that.........and i'll be back eventually.....you'll just know that the longer i'm gone the worse it was.

If he does the Judge usally sees that as a lack of character... What is important Is That your children feel Loved and cared eneough by both parents to not put them in the middle.... It is hard but don't talk bad about "Daddy" let judge know that you want your children to feel its ok to love both you & their Daddy' You believe that is the healthiest way....and you getting help only proves that "You have the capabilities, to do what is right...when needed. I went back through all 10 pages of your posts. I can't find any one of your posts that explained what happened, except that he has built 9 years of evidence that expose you as a bad parent.
What evidence? I mean, they had to have the photos of Britney Spears snorting coke off the dashboard of her car while running around with no panties on, and overwhelming bad publicity - to give the kids to Kevin Federline.
What did he bring up in court? It sounds from your posts as if you were a very good mother. The attorney needs a HUGE mountain of evidence to remove you as the custody parent. What are some of his accusations?

see this is what i was talking about in my blog. this is the plain truth there is no court that is going to take the kids from the mother. unless she is found unfit or abusive.
not that i don't wish you good luck because i do, but on the other hand there is a loser who my care as deep as you about the kids. just think what he may go through if he don't get them.
also why is it that a women feels more like she can raise the kids better or she cares more. this may be the case with some people. but i also know guys who are just as emotionally hurt when they didn't get there kids.
there is never a winner who ever gets the kids because,the kids will only see one parent part time.
plus this is what pisses my off the most there is no law in any state that says a women has more right to the kids, but the court sides with the women most of the time.
just my taking on the subject.
