  lol oh I heard all the others  but when Angela was explaining that a friend of hers and her ex boyfiend were talking  I was thats great, they can still be friends he had another girlfriend.... she  No Mom they are talking  I was ?????? Talking means they are "talking about getting back together" ...........now i need to know what hey call it when they talk to each other but arn't  "talking"   
  When my daughter Colleen was in 7th gr and Said she was "going out" with so and so I said oh no your not!!! well it just meant they were boyfriend and girlfriend..... not dating ...huh??? ok got it ...... Angela just really starting going out with her friends.... She said that one of her friends wanted her to come over and I said I thought she should......She was HUh????  I said you need to go with your friends....boys anrent everthing.......she was really??  I didnt think you'd let me! I am "Angela< you are 17 years old.... you are very responsible,  Itrust you and if I cant its a little late now..... so she has been doing other things  going to movies dances some parties..... she has even volenteered Designated Driver call.  Hey I don't approve of kids drinking.......but  If they are i am glad there is someone they can call so they dont drive.

  My daughter is 12...she talks about her friends going out and generally it means only that they are yes together not that they are actually going out ...

  "Little update" makes me think about two people that were together, broke up and got together again but only for sex....if you know what it means let me know .....we parents have to get smart ....lol...  

  Btw, Ed is right.......you are really lucky...:-)

  Thanks to both of you I think Iam very Lucky ..... doesnt mean sex unless that is already been going on..... it just means that the new girlfriend doesnt like it of couse....  and going out is nothing.... doesnt even mean they kiss.  kindergardners go out  just proclaiming a crush on each other and no one else is allowed.   will check out more when I can ...hey Angela tells me pretty much everything (for real) not all though i am sure but most important..(well tongue piercing was a biggie...& I was majorly pissed.....maybe even more at myself because how did I not know for 5 months!!!)  maybe we can do parent updates ...I would have let her do belly button....just tongue...bla I am pretty old fashion......  told her any more better be after shes 18 then dont be flashing them at me!!
