computer games specifically.....which ones do you love? which ones to you want to check out?

I am a dabbler in computer games. I get bored rather quickly and frustrated when I can't figure things out. So, I usually stick to bigfish.com and play puzzle games. -

These days the games I mostly play are chess and backgammon. Since I don't want to think too hard, I make the computer chess player really suck so I can win. As for backgammon, you don't have to think too hard anyway, and I usually win because the computer player really sucks, not within my control to make it any better. -

vacant, i'm not big on puzzle games.......i like big name games that are super expensive...*laughing* when i'm REALLY bored though i play mahjong

When I was younger I worked as a mechanical designer out of my home which meant I had to have a monster machine to run the CAD software. That also meant I could run the most graphic intensive games I could find. I really had some fun times. I sorta got addicted to the first person shooters because they had these huge level to blast your way through. Wolfenstien 3D was the last I played.

my computer is a bit behind the tech curve so i don't think i can play the latest & greatest stuff. i'm not into first person shooters, either--i dig on computer RPGs. the last ones that really engaged me had to be planescape: torment and baldur's gate 2.

I'm addicted to The Sims 2 as well. I've tried my hand at creating custom content, like hair and clothing meshes, etc, but I'm not too great at it. -

eilan....i LOVE doing that....i'm alright at it...but not great.....maybe when i get my system back we can exchange some stuff.....i haven't figured out how to do meshes yet.
