Last night I wrote a post and was rereading it to see if it made sense. then I went to hit the arrow on the browser to go to google and hit refresh and it kept refreshing and adding views...now thats isnt right and how do I get them off. I am thinking about judt delelteing the whole thing But 1st copy for my babies, cause it was for them from my heart Suggestions Anyone?????

your browser usually has a button that refreshes the page, in case it's been updated. for example, while using the my conversations page, if i hit refresh after a few minutes, the blog entries and comment counts are usually different.
