Someone told me that if you ask for child support that I/A would deduct my monthly income, that there's no pt in tryna get it cuz they'd give me less $ if he was giving me $. Why should the "father" get away w/ not paying c/s ? It's his baby too...... read entire post

My ex broke up w/ me not even 6 hrs ago & I'm prego. We made a bank acc't for baby $ but he only gave me half. I was gonna go shopping in July/Aug. It wasn't a joint acc't. Is there a way I can legally get the rest back ?... read entire post
