Man, I dont know the last time I fell asleep unmedicated...I have to take about 4-6 Benadryl every night to fall asleep. I have been to many Dr.'s and they have just stopped prescribing sleeping pills. So now I self prescribe. Any suggestions? I am s... read entire post
